Match Preview:

Dunstablians 1st XV vs Leicester Forest Ko 14:00hrs
Griffins vs Milton Keynes 2nd XV KO 13:00hrs

This Saturday, Dunstablians 1st XV return from a two-week break to host Leicester Forest at Bidwell Park for what looks to be another hotly contested league match after a difficult run of games.
After a fierce but difficult performance against Vipers RFC on Vice Presidents' Day, which resulted in a 21–50 loss, the Dees will be trying to recover.

Despite the result, there were many positive aspects of the game, especially in attack, where Zach Bourne once again impressed with both boot and ball in hand, and winger Sam Cowan over for two well-executed tries.

Building on Positives

The squad has been hit hard by injuries in recent weeks, including setbacks to Harry Abbott and Jordan Sullivan-Warner, but the replacements stepped up admirably, showing the depth and determination that runs through this Dunstablians side. With a bit more luck and continuity, the Dees will be confident of producing a more complete performance this weekend.

Expect a fast-paced, physical battle as both sides look to climb the table heading into the winter fixtures.

The Griffins also return to action after a lengthy period of inactivity, due to injuries and call-ups, hosting Milton Keynes 2s to round off the first stage of their Merit League campaign.

Supporters are encouraged to come down, enjoy the afternoon, and get behind the lads as they look to put in big performances at home.
